my story
I first started this site to share my hobbies including baking/cooking. Many of the recipes I have used are curated from social media and throughout the Internet. As a college student, I really wanted to make food that was easy to make and easily accessible. I had a hard time managing food intake growing up. I didn't have much self-restriction but also was exposed to food that held little nutritional value. I believe that food has the power to heal. Throughout my childhood and teen years, I experienced a lot of sickness (mostly headaches and poor hormone balance) which caused me to become very frustrated at times and mostly just physically ill. When I first started college, I suffered so many migraines, mental breakdowns, acne, bloating, and intense nosebleeds.

I was inspired to make this site to motivate me to learn more about healing myself internally.

I also started this site to help me learn not only about the way I want to eat but to understand about the person I want to become. I use this site as a way to hold myself accountable to the values I would like to obtain for this learning stage of my life. I feel though people get stuck in their ways and limit their means of self-reflection. Through my blogsite/diary, I would like to truly self reflect on myself and my environment and mold the person I need to become through ideologies. I also want to share my findings with whoever stumbles onto my page.

I would like to truly make a positive impact on others throughout my life but the only way to do so is to first start with me. By being a good friend, a good partner, and good person all around, it is so important to start with the foundations of oneself.
